This tour was advertised as a bilingual tour, but my family was the only English speakers of the 20 or so guests. Most to the tour we were left confused on what was happening. Worst yet, when we were taken on the mangroves tour, we were with a few teenage kids running the tour. These kids didn't sanitize snorkel…”
